Which leaves the questions everyone asks before the quote.
Answered honestly, including the one about money.
Ask us directly. We would rather answer a specific question about your project than have you guess from a general one.
Ask us directlyHow do you work out what a project will cost?
Scope drives cost. A 10-page website with fixed content and a 10-page website with a multilingual content manager, blog, and custom search are not the same product. We scope your project against what you actually need, then give you a fixed quote before anything starts. That figure is what you pay.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We typically structure payments as 50% upfront, 25% at midpoint review, and 25% on delivery. For larger engagements we can discuss milestone-based structures. No work starts until the first payment is received.
What if my project doesn't fit any of these categories?
Most complex projects don't. The categories above are indicative starting points. Tell us what you're building and we'll scope it from scratch, honestly, and send you a proposal that reflects your actual requirements.
Can you work with our existing website or system?
Usually yes, but it depends on the state of what is already there. We always review it before quoting. If it needs significant repair work first, we tell you clearly and factor that cleanup into the scope rather than discovering it halfway through.
Do you offer any flexibility for early-stage startups?
We assess this on a case-by-case basis. Typically we can work with reduced payment timelines for startups, and our Launch and Standard packages are explicitly designed to give you a professional result at an entry-level investment. We will not sacrifice quality, but we are not inflexible on structure.
What happens after the project is delivered?
The 30-day warranty covers bugs and issues from our work. After that, ongoing support is through a retainer, or we hand you over cleanly and you manage it in-house. Everything is documented for either scenario.
Most projects don't fit a box exactly.
Tell us what you're building.
