Information you give us

When you contact us through our contact form, WhatsApp, email, or social media, you may share your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you choose to include in your message. You provide this information voluntarily.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the Site secure and running reliably.

Cookies and analytics

This Site sets no cookies, and nothing it measures can identify you. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which runs without cookies and writes nothing to your device: it records that a page was opened, the link you arrived from, your browser and device type, and your country. It cannot recognise you on a second visit, it cannot follow you to another site, and nothing is shared with an advertising network. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font service, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.

What your browser stores

One value, and only for as long as the browser tab is open. The first time you arrive, the Site plays a short opening sequence, and a single flag is written to your browser’s session storage so that moving to another page in the same visit does not play it again. It is a yes or no, it never leaves your device, it does not identify you, and it is discarded when you close the tab.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes or proposals;
• To deliver, maintain, and improve our services and the Site;
• To communicate with you about a project you’ve started or asked about;
• To keep the Site secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We only share your information where necessary to operate, and never for sale. This may include:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and communicate with you, for example our hosting provider and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp;
• Legal reasons, where we are required to share information to comply with the law or protect our rights.

The Site depends on very few outside services, and each has its own privacy policy:

• Our hosting provider, which serves the Site and may keep basic server logs;
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us using the WhatsApp button — that conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy;
• Your email provider and ours, if you choose to email us.

The traffic counting described above is the hosting provider's own, so it adds nobody to that list. There is no font service on it either, because the Site uses none.

We keep the information you send us only for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services you’ve requested, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we’ll respond as required by law.

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
